Communicators are overwhelmed and stressed with the work-at-home environment, the many and often-changing messages that must be delivered, and managing their personal and family life. During this session, you’ll learn about ways to think about taking care of your mental health, tips and techniques to use, and resources.

About Michelle Enderson, Wellness Coordinator and Change to Chill Trainer, St. Francis Regional Medical Center
With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, Michelle leads the employee wellness program at St. Francis Regional Medical Center. In this role, she works with a diverse group of employees, spanning all levels of the organization, as well as with shift workers. Employee wellness encompasses Whole Person Care, caring for mental, physical, and financial health. Michelle also has worked with Allina Health’s Change to Chill program for the past several years. She has developed content and trained individuals — teens through adults — on developing resiliency and increasing their mental health. Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts in teaching and coaching, and has coached all levels of sports from youth through college age.
